The School was established in 1981 wholly owned at the head office of Children Welfare Society Kuda Village B, Dimapur, Nagaland, and is about 3 km from the nearest Railway station and Nagaland State Transport Station in Dimapur. It is a co-education english medium school with hostel attached. The School follows the curriculum prescribed by Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE).
The school offers courses from Nursery to Class 12 (Arts and Science). And also a number of Co-curricular activities take place throughout the academic year, like science exhibitions, literary activities, life skills and different clubs, NCC and various other sports activities like Lawn Tennis, Football, Basketball, Sepak Takraw, Athletics etc.
